Part of the Thomas Cook Group, the Thomas Cook Scheduled Businesses Division includes the brands of Gold Medal Travel, Netflights.com, Netflights Retail, Elegant Resorts, Cresta Holidays, Thomas Cook Signature, Thomas Cook Tours and Pure Luxury ROLE: To support the E-Commerce/Content Manager in driving online revenues, in line with the annual business plan, by maximising the conversion of online visits into profitable sales and by optimising cross sell. The role will focus predominantly on four areas. RESPONSIBILITIES: Content: a) Ensure all content supports business objectives and enhances the customers’ online experience. Driving sales through providing accurate, SEO rich, engaging and informative content across our portfolio of travel destinations, products and brands. b) Overall responsibility for the effective delivery of all web content c) Generate and maintain inspirational content that brings the optimised customer journey to life. d) Create and amend engaging and accurate online content which best promotes individual brands, and supports marketing strategies. e) Write copy to suit the various online brands and to have an adaptable and concise writing style which helps drive online activity. f) Publish accurate content within a live CMS system, and to keep track of any changes, and business demands. g) Drive the quality & standards of the companys web content.
